No Refunds Policy: All digital floor plan purchases are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided.

Digital Product Nature

All Prince Designs products are delivered as instant digital downloads including:

  • Site Plans: Property layout and landscaping guidance (when purchased)

Due to the instant delivery and intellectual property nature of these digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the download has been completed.
