• Customer Support: Technical assistance and plan-related inquiries
• Account Management: User dashboard for managing purchases and downloads

Digital Products Only: All our products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Account Creation: You may create an account to access certain features and manage your purchases. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account

When you purchase a floor plan, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the plan subject to the following terms:

Multiple Use License: If you need to build multiple structures, you must purchase additional licenses or contact us for commercial licensing options.

You agree not to use our services for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copyright Infringement: Reproducing, distributing, or selling our plans without authorization
• Fraudulent Activity: Using false information, stolen payment methods, or engaging in fraudulent transactions
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source files

Digital Product Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we may provide refunds in the following circumstances:

• Product Description Errors: If the delivered product significantly differs from our description

Refund Process:

Structural Engineering: Our plans may not include detailed structural engineering. Consult with a licensed structural engineer for load calculations and structural modifications.

Site Conditions: Plans are designed for typical conditions. Site-specific factors (soil conditions, climate, topography) may require modifications.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for construction defects, permit denials, or building code violations
• We are not liable for third-party content, services, or recommendations

Professional Responsibility: You acknowledge that construction projects require professional oversight and that Prince Designs is not responsible for construction-related issues or outcomes.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not affect your license to previously purchased plans.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Infringe on our intellectual property rights
• Fail to pay for services

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, but your license to previously purchased plans remains valid according to the license terms.
